This ABS panel is an easy-to-install crawl space door/access panel that can be sold with all new home installations and is also designed for a simple retro fit on homes that already have their skirting in place. A few of the features are its sturdy one piece frame construction, beveled edges, key lock access (on 18 inch x 24 inch size only) and a paintable surface that allows it to be matched with any color of skirting. Also available, is the Cover-Up Flat Panel and Strike Guard with the same great features, minus the one piece frame.
