Description

Sch. 40 (3.25″ O.D.) DWV pipe and fittings are used in drain, waste, and vent applications and are designed to fit inside a 2″ x 4″ wall. They are permitted under the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and International Residential Code (IRC). All major model plumbing codes permit Sch. 40 PVC (meets ASTM D 2665 or F 891). International Plumbing Code (IPC) and International Residential Code (IRC) permit DR-24 pipe (meets ASTM F1488). Solvent welding vinyl pipe and fittings is a permanent process. To eliminate costly errors, Genova pipe features a plumb line as a reference mark relative to the degree marks on Genova fittings.
