Cheeks are constructed of tumbled and polished stainless steel for maximum resistance to corrosion and cracking common to other plastic designs. Sheaves are made of tough, high impact Delrin™, and turn on polished, stainless steel spacers that prevent the cheeks from binding the sheave even under heavy load.
