The Tilt/Trim Motor is for Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors. It fits for OMC outboards 75hp-250hp EFI 1998-Up. The tilt and trims motor function is to adjust the angle of the motor and running surface of the boat. So they will determine the smoothness of the ride, clasp onto the water, and some other operations. To check the tilt and trim motor, take the positive cable hook to the positive on the battery. Touch one of these wires. If the motor turns in a clockwise direction, then it’s working.
