Sierra’s 18-5516 Delco EST Distributor Timing Tool is for engines equipped with Delco EST and cannot be placed in base timing mode with a diagnostic tool. Can be used with the 18-5475, 18-5476, or 18-5484-1 Delco HEI Distributors. Each Sierra product meets or exceeds the original equipment part it replaces.
