Angled spare tire carrier allows spare tire to fit at an angle under bow of Boat. Unique pivoting feature allows tire to swing down to allow easy loading or removal of spare. U-bolts supplied to allow mounting on 3″, 4″ and 5″ heigh trailer frames.
